Fantastic! The park was immaculate and the accommodations were five stars all the way. My wife and I camped in our motorhome and two of our daughters and their spouses stayed in the glamping tents RV site was gravel base, but nice and level. All hookups well maintained. Glamping was a joy for our daughters and the tents are better than many hotel rooms. Loved the stream and abundant green space. Our two dogs loved walks on the beautiful grounds and also the excellent off leash dog park for exercise and play. Will definitely be back here

Awesome RV park. We traveled for 3 months over the summer and this was our last stop before home. It was the most beautiful place we had stayed at during our summer travel. Staff helpful and assisted with check in and most important for us was very dog friendly. We will definitely return next year and stay longer.

The RV park is very nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay there with a couple of exceptions. The Road noise from the highway is very loud, the park sits at the bottom of the hill and truckers engine breaks will wake you up. The WIFI and internet connections are terrible, if plan on working, watching TV or surfing the net good luck.

This is our third visit in as many years we always enjoy our time here. The park is clean, well managed and friendly.
Its location makes it perfect to visit southern Colorado.

This is one of the best locations we have stayed at. The sites are all well maintained. The employees are amazing. The site lead provides the best customer service. Hook-ups are excellent. The area is amazing for walks and fishing. We stayed 7 days at this campground and there was plenty to do in Bayfield, Durango, Lemon lake and Vallecito lake. Most areas we traveled to were within 20 to 25 miles from the camp site.
