Let's start with a few questions to narrow down your options.

Salem is a small city in Utah County, in the state of Utah, and also a suburb of Salt Lake City. It was originally settled in 1851. Early Native Americans called the area “Summer Spring” but the settlers named it “Pond Town”. It was later renamed Salem in honor of Lyman Curtis, who was the prophet Joseph Smith's bodyguard. Curtis first arrived in Salt Lake Valley in 1847 and is credited with developing water irrigation canals from Spanish Fork Canyon to several sites in the valley, including the site where Salem now resides. He also constructed a lumber yard, and for his efforts and accomplishments, the town was named after his birthplace, New Salem, Massachusetts.
RV rentals in Utah County are your introduction to this very unique state in the heart of America. Other notable cities worth visiting include Sandy, Orem, Provo, Santaquin, and Eureka. Orem has 19 city parks, some of which have water facilities and wall/rock climbing structures. Provo has a year-round moderate climate, and its proximity to nearby mountains equals great skiing by day and more reasonable temperatures by night. Your RV rental in Salem is the bridge to some or all of these places.
