Communication with Jin was excellent. The A-Liner performed really well on the roads and was an easy tow. We were also impressed with how well the A/C held up in the 95F+ degree heat. I'd rate five stars except the main bed support was cracked and sagging a bit, which wasn't pictured in the listing. I would definitely recommend opening the camper as soon as you get to your campsite to let it air out and it also does not sleep five people - three adults max comfortably.

The rv was in good shape for its age it pulled well and every thing worked but the a/c. The host came out the next day and replaced it. Overall it was a good experience.

Excellent host, good communication. As for the trailer: it is easy and simple to transport and set up; on the downside, it is old and very worn, and has some defects.

The Aliner is a wonderful way to see the outdoors, and we really enjoyed our time with it. We did have to spend some of our trip troubleshooting—fixing a wobbly table and managing intermittent turn signals/brake lights. The AC and a broken emergency brake cable were also concerns, along with a missing registration card. Despite these hiccups, the camper worked well enough for us to have a good time, but we’d recommend a thorough maintenance review before its next outing

The camper is perfect for a couple or single parent and a child. Easy to tow, set up and use. It is showing its age and some wear and tear but the rental price reflects that. We used it for a three day trip to Belleplain State Park with hook ups.
