I met Jane at the site. She walked the rv with me inside and out. She sent me how to videos about the rv. That was a big help I didn't have to remember everything. The rental was clean. The process was efficient picking up and dropping off. I plan on going back again next year.
Thank you Jane

It was a wonderful experience. For a first RV trip, it was important to get a new vehicle that was well-maintained. Highly recommended. The only downside was having to pick up and drop off the RV ourselves; that took up more of our trip time. It would be better if delivery were available for a future trip. Thanks

Jane was very attentive and helpful throughout, and whenever I needed assistance during the trip, she responded promptly. I recommend both her and the RV.

My experience with the Host was outstanding, Jane was very informative and kept in contact throughout the entire time. The one star less review is to Outdoorsy. The cleaning fee and pet fee are not explained correctly when booking, the RV delivery option misleads people and the price to rent was outrageous. It was my first time and never again will I rent an RV with Outdoorsy.

Jane and Erik were excellent hosts. The RV was spotless, well equipped, and clearly well maintained. Communication was prompt and friendly, with detailed video and PDF instructions. They even proactively changed a broken water pump the night before our trip. Prices were reasonable, and the entire experience was smooth and stress free from start to finish.
