Loved the basecamp with full hookups, AC kept us nice and cozy in 90+ degree weather, but unfortunately we had issues with the solar charging when dry camping and were not able fully experience it in the wild. Jessi was super helpful and sympathetic in trying to resolve the issue, but we were not able to resolve it and had to basically shut off the power for most of the time to preserve the batteries.

We had a great time getting some hands on experience with the Basecamp 16. Super easy to tow (all up and down the CA central coast) and really cute. We had TONS of compliments from curious campers.

Staying in Lucy was really great. The Basecamp was delivered to us and we were given a great rundown of how to operate it. Despite the cold and the rain that we unfortunately had, the Basecamp was always warm and cozy. We would definitely recommend renting Lucy!

My wife and I had an absolute blast traveling with Lucy!The convenience of having everything you need in such a minimal designed airstream complimented our road trip through Joshua Tree and Death Valley perfectly. Also, the customer service and care we received from Jessi was the best. She made us feel extremely comfortable renting from her and we look forward to renting Lucy or the upcoming Bambi in the near future. We definitely recommend Lucy and any other airstream Jessi has to offer in the future. We’ll be back for sure!

We had a great experience with this entire rental process. The owner met with us and went over every single thing we might need to know. We loved the Basecamp. The black water tank was super easy to empty and the owner very helpfully said we didn’t need to worry about cleaning it the rest of the trailer before we returned it (which was good since we had to cut our trip short due to new Covid shut downs where we live) The trailer had everything we needed to cook many meals. So much space for storing our stuff as well. Big fans. Thanks!

Jessica was great to deal with and was very helpful before, during and after our trip. The Airstream Basecamp is very well made. Probably a little too small for two people and an 80 pound puppy, but we made it work.

Perfect Basecamp for 2 Hauls easily and fits in most spots we stopped at on 10 day trip to Oregon. The fact its an AIRSTREAM assures that all works well and the best camper out there!! With solar no need to plug in and still have hot water and new electric refrigerator kept everything cold...even a freezer inside. Toilet and shower in 16 feet...Amazing!! Jessica keeps price affordable for all the fun we had.

Easy to rent. Camped in San Simeon for a couple days and had a ball. Was easy to load and clean.
We dry camped and water lasted for the two days for two of us and we did shower.
Pulled the BaseCamp with our 2005 Highlander with no problems.
Jessica was easy to communicate with and we had all the amenities we needed in dishes, plates, linens and towels.

We rented the basecamp for an 8 day trip to the mountains and Grand Canyon. The trailer is beautiful and got lots of compliments in the campground. It was great having a bathroom and kitchen for all our meals (especially during the Covid times!). Everything worked well and was very easy to tow. The space is small but has everything you need. Great views from the windows and easy to load / unload. It made us fall in love with the RV lifestyle and want more!
