Very polite and easy to work with. They kept in contact me and very helpful when I needed it. I didn't realize the camper was going to be fully stocked with blankets, pillows, towels, and cooking utensils. It was also a very easy drop off and pick up.

Overall we had a great experience. Casey was great to work with, and he provided a very thorough review of the RV when he delivered it to our property. A fantastic unit with all the bells & whistles, which made our "glamping" experience very fun and relaxing. We had only a few minor cleanliness issues, but other than that a great overall rental.
