Our check in process with Earl was awesome. He was very informative and patient with us- we are newbies! He made things much less intimidating and due to his guidance, we did well! Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the RV - the master had a very comfy sleep number queen bed. The vehicle was very clean and well kept. Both Toya and Earl are good communicators and they are definitely available if you have any questions or concerns. Check out was easy as well. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely rent from them again.
