Gary was great to work with and the trailer was so nice! He Kept open communication about the process and was flexible on pick up and drop off times. Trailer was clean and had lots of "upgrades" (like a big TV and stereo system, air conditioner, etc) which made it very comfortable. Gary was great to answer my texts quickly late at night with little details about set up since i wasn't there during pick up and the hubby was off doing other things. A easy little detailed instruction list on how everything works would have been handy. We had a little mishap with the door handle and he was great to work with only charging us the cost of the part, which was a relief. We will definitely will rent from him again and had a great experience overall!

We had the best first time experience with Outdoorsy and particularly with Gary! He was so responsive to our questions before, during and even after our trip when we left something in the trailer! The trailer itself was immaculate when we picked it up and everything functioned perfectly. It suited our family of 7 to a T! We will definitely be using Gary’s trailer again and truly enjoyed making some great family memories in the Stryker!

We had an excellent time with Gary and his lovely wife (I forget her name) and their incredible 38' Stryker travel trailer. The trailer is massive but with the equalizer hitch and a brake controller on my truck, it towed it wonderfully with my Ford diesel. The trailer quality was wonderful. We had 3 kids and the RV was quiet and cool and wonderful. The toy hauler functionality was also great. Thank you again Gary!
