The van was fantastic for my weekend of camping! Smooth ride, comfortable bed, and necessities available. There are some great ad ons (i.e. shower), and the microwave came in handy for the days I wanted to spend more time outdoors. :) Frank was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed.

The renter requested a contactless handoff and paid for early arrival at 11:00 AM. We provided videos of how to use the unit. The RV was ready for that time, but he arrived around 12:30 PM and was upset that we were not there in person, even though he had requested contactless pickup. He then asked for a refund of the early arrival fee.

Everything went smoothly from the moment of booking. We aligned on all details in advance, John was very flexible on pickup/drop off time. Trailer is in a good shape, comes with everything you need for towing and a few additional items to make your rest better, like chairs, table, utensils, etc. Everything works in trailer as expected. It is lightweight enough and we pulled it with our big SUV with no problems. Slideout works fine, so it's spacious and roomy inside.
I would definitely recommend this trailer for your trips!

The owner charges a fee for everything and expects you to do his job when you return the RV. Also, the RV had a faulty emergency exit window, a heater that doesn’t work, and the owner forgot to give us the key that locks the RV from the outside presenting a security concern. The owner also forgot to give me an EZ UP that I had already paid for.
