1) As this rental took place in Quebec, I expected the contract and related documentation to be available in French; however, they were not.
2) Right at the beginning of the trip, I noticed that the backup camera was not working.
3) I understand that the RV is not new, but the steering should not be this loose.
4) Upon arriving at my destination, I discovered that the generator was not working. Due to the extreme temperatures, I was unable to stay in the RV and had to find alternative accommodations for the remainder of the trip ;-(
5) The toilet flush mechanism appeared to be malfunctioning. By the day of return, a sewage odor was noticeable inside the RV.
6) The exterior storage compartment lock for the fresh water fill and drain hoses was difficult to unlock.
7) While collecting my belongings and cleaning the RV before returning it, I noticed that the vehicle was equipped with a GPS tracking device. I understand that such a device may be justified for theft prevention and vehicle recovery purposes. However, I was not aware of its presence during the rental period, and I have concerns regarding the privacy implications of tracking a renter's movements without clear disclosure.

Misty and her partner were fantastic guests. They were great communicators, punctual for both pickup and drop-off, and treated Adventure Agent 004 with care and respect throughout their trip.

Tried to take a risk on an older, personal use RV to save some money on our trip and boy was that a mistake. owner was very friendly when we picked it up but failed to mention that the RV did not work well/at all. it was also filthy. not only still messy and uncleaned from the last trip but actually covered in rat droppings and disgusting. the bathroom reeked like a rat cage. we cleaned it as much as we could before we had to leave for our trip and it was still barely usable. to top it off when we got to our destination and plugged the RV into the campsite's power, nothing worked except the outlets. so we could charge our phones and run a fan but thats it. no AC, no running water, no fridge, couldnt move the slide-outs. reminder that its summer in tennessee so we were miserable. battery was dead so we couldnt use that. so a filthy, broken RV. that we found out after the owner knew was messed up but just assumed we'd be able to figure it out or fix it ourselves idk. shouldn't have rented this out. if we had any more time before the trip we would have brought it right back and asked for a refund. unacceptable
