Hey ya'll! We've had our RV for 6 years now, and have made some EPIC cross country journeys with our (not so) little family! We have 7 kids and have enjoyed making some amazing memories with them as we've toured this beautiful land we live in. We hope you can make similar memories with you and yours!

The RV was not ready for us to use. The on board generator was not working so the whole trip we had no back ac. The dishes stove and oven were not clean and there was dust and dirt throughout. No extra garbage bags or paper towels and it said full stocked. We also found an unmentionable toy in the glove compartment. The communication was slow. They did offer to buy a fan for the ac. We got so hot and my youngest got over heated and threw up. We could only open one window because the other was broken. The window pieces to lock the window kept falling out. They provided an off board generator for use at night if we couldn’t hook up. But the gas and oil they sent with us to use just in case but we had to fill it up the first time we thought they put gas and oil in and sent some extra. We tried to cancel when they told us the rear deferential had a leak and the generator wasn’t working. Because the generator wasn’t working there was no electricity to charge with and we had to get a second converter to charge. They assured us of the safety and told us they didn’t know how to change the cancellation policies and so we didn’t want to loose out the money we put in to rent it so we decided to stay with the booking. Kinda felt like they were convincing us to keep it and we didn’t want to make a big deal. We did pick up the rv in the morning instead of the afternoon. So they weren’t prepared but in my opinion it should have been done days before.
This is just one picture of the dust in the corner it’s unfocused I didn’t realize. And one of the broken windows. We had a great time with our family are are grateful for the experience just wish it was a little more comfortable or cancelled.

RVs need routine spring prep. Due to a freeze warning and rain, timing was limited. With an early pick-up request the night before, we prioritized critical tasks, leaving no time to finalize the generator tune-up before departure. We provided a brand-new portable generator to ensure all major RV functions were available. We offered to purchase a fan for cabin comfort during travel, but that option was declined. All windows are fully functional; the screen is being replaced. The RV is professionally cleaned for each rental & stocked with items for renters’ convenience.

Host was communicated well, RV worked but had many thing that were “fixed” and jimmied together.

We had a good experience renting the GrassHopper. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax.

We took a trip up with the family (7 adults, one infant) to Deer Creek and we had a good time. We mainly stayed inside the RV because it rained and some of us ended up getting sick. Not super great for all adults but we survived. Does need a little TLC but ultimately we were happy with air conditioning and beds to sleep in.

Jodi and Neil were great hosts. They were responsive and understanding, even with the challenges of a (very) long road trip from Utah to Texas, Arkansas and back.

It was a great trip! The owners were very nice and accommodating. They were very patient with us as first time RVers in explaining everything at the checkout and again at check-in. We will definitely consider them and their RV again in the future. Overall a very good experience for us!

Our 6 crazy adult kids wanted to vacation in an RV this year and we had a Fantastic time that exceeded our expectations. They loved talking, moving, playing games, and being close to each other. The RV park community was hilarious and opened our eyes to a whole new world of outdoorsy people. Very relaxing and fun. The RV worked great and Jodi and Neil are great hosts. We are likely to do this again.

The rear slide is not functioning properly, and needs to be repaired. We gave the renter the option to continue with the rental or to cancel, and they opted to cancel. I canceled the booking from my end so they wouldn't be charged the cancelation fees.
