Hello. I'm Monica. My family and I love Colorado, especially in the summertime. We are always planning our next mountain adventure and finding new places to take our Keystone Bunkhouse. Was rough getting trailer at pick up was asked to come closer to 4 to get trailer waited till 430 at pickup location this was a Friday afternoon understandable but originally pick up was 3pm when Nick arrived he was total rude I did mention pick up was 3 and Monica asked me to be here at 4 I said that was ok. But 430 then to show up being rude was unexpected when I mentioned it to Nick he said your luckily to get it now. He’s then had to put on propane bottle knowing trailer was gonna be going out knowing he was already late. We went over the trailer he said he knew nothing about paperwork that’s Monica’s part. When we got to camp site got set up that evening sewer smell was nasty coming fron the shower drain I covered w a rug Saturday afternoon it was very bad had to leave windows open with 100 weather it was nasty. Drop off went better I mentioned sewer to them they said they were aware of it tried cleaning it with vinegar the odors are so bad

We are sorry for your experience at pickup. We are always extremely flexible in pickup and dropoff times and stay in constant communication to ensure times and availability work for everyone. Our life circumstances challenged the Friday departure time and while we communicated that upfront, time was not on our side.

Monica and her husband were so great to rent from and we’re super easy to coordinate with! They were so thorough with their walkthrough of the camper that when we got up to the site we felt very comfortable, even considering we were first time renters. They helped us troubleshoot something with the water pump on FaceTime from the campsite and went above and beyond any expectations I had. The camper is stocked with anything you can dream of needing, including hammocks and fans and the Murphy bed was so comfortable, I forgot I was camping, and the s’mores basket they added as a finishing touch was so thoughtful. Everything from start to finish was incredible. This was our first Outdoorsy rental but definitely won’t be our last. Even Outdoorsy concierge was fantastic. Thank you!
