We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting from Branson and Anne-Marie. They are very friendly, and knowledgeable of their RV. Anne-Marie did a great job showing us around with everything on the RV. Any time we had a question, and even unfortunately had an incident with a deer on our trip as well. They were always just a text away! Anne-Marie always got back with us quickly as she could, and was so very helpful with everything start to finish. We would definitely rent this RV from them again. Everything worked great, the RV is a 2000...and runs like new. Very dependable and comfortable. We traveled just shy of 2000 miles to Kansas and back, and it was easy to drive; handles well and brakes very nicely for such a size as it is. This RV has very warm cozy home feel to it. And I was really amazed how well it did fuel wise too on our trip. I just can't say enough good things about the Balogh family and their sweet RV, and our experience.

A NIGHTMARE ON WHEELS

- To start with we always suggest to first-time renters that all renters come to the pick-up/walkthrough for instructions on how to use the RV and all RV systems. In this case, only Dan came to the walkthrough and must not have communicated the instructions to his wife. Also, this renter mentions that she was driving but was not listed as a registered driver on the Outdoorsy paperwork. Pets are allowed but we ask that you inform us of the type and size of animal you have and bringing a dog on this trip was not mentioned to us.
- We informed them that the radio did not play the radio due to a previous renter unhooking the antenna. However, we informed them that the radio did work to listen to music from your phone via AUX cord.  She informed us that during the trip they were using the radio to charge their phones from the USB. It was in the dashboard securely in place before they took the RV so if it came out of the dashboard they must have done something to cause this.
- As you can see from our previous reviews we have never had this many issues or problems with other renters in the past. We tried our best to help when we could as much of this was during work hours, but we can only do so much when instructions are not followed. We did speak to them on the phone but many of the times they tried calling I was at work and could only respond via text message. Additionally, outdoorsy has 24/7 support through online chat and 1-800 number.
- The sewer connector was not broken, they were not able to understand our directions for hooking it up. They did finally make the connection after I sent them pictures, hand-drawn sketches, and a 35 min phone conversation (while I was at work) walking them through this. Additionally, we have a manual on board with pictures and directions for sewer hookup and tank emptying instructions.
- The water hose was not broke, they called and text me to inform me that the hose was dripping where it connects to the campsite water source. I explained to them that the rubber seal must be cracked or missing and that I have a bag of them in the storage container on the RV. I attempted to explain to him how to install a new rubber washer in the hose for several mins but unfortunately, Dan couldn't figure it out so they decided to buy a new hose.
- Covid regulations state to sanitize high touch & hard surface areas. We clean the RV after each trip and additionally we sanitize all soft surfaces with a fabric sanitizer. We do apologize that a sock was left under the sofa.
- The bed does have a memory foam mattress topper for added comfort. If you do not care for it, it is removable.
- Karen called me while I was at work to tell me that the RV battery had died, I started walking them through some troubleshooting and discovered that they did not put RV in park before shutting off the engine. After they put the RV in Park it started with no issue. THIS HAPPENED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS WHERE THEY LEFT THE RV IN GEAR AND CALLED ME BECAUSE THEY COULDNT START IT.  The battery was not dead.
- We do apologize that the door latch broke, but we could not predict this and it was in working condition at the start of this trip. I understand this must have been difficult, but the renters did continue their trip and even asked to extend the trip for one more day. We spoke to the RV shop that they took the RV to, and they said this type of break is common with RVs not that it had been broken before . Karen mentioned that at the end of their trip she had to get her kids and the dog out through the window. However, the door was already fixed by the RV shop before arriving home.
- When they were in the process of returning the RV we were not currently at home. We were watching our security cameras to ensure they return the RV safely and park it in the designated spot without damaging anything. Karen text me to let me know she had arrived separately, and that's when we notice from the cameras that she was parked over at my neighbor's house. I text her to let her know she was at the wrong house.  What happened next was truly appalling, while myself, wife, and kids were watching our security cameras  Dan proceeded to PULL HIS PANTS DOWN AND BENT OVER WHILE SLAPPING HIS NAKED REAR END AT OUR SECURITY CAMERAS!
- As you can see from the previous reviews we have never had any of these issues or had to withhold anyone's security deposit, so for the suggestion to be made that we are running a scam is absurd.
- For the last complaint on the review, the renters were informed before booking the RV that the generator was not working at this time and our nightly rental price reflects this inconvenience. This renter went ahead and booked the RV in spite of the generator inconvenience.
