Trailer was clean, water tanks full, and everything was ready when I showed up to pick it up. Take advantage of their anti sway bar hitch that they have available - an SUV pulling their GeoExplorer in front of me started fish tailing then flipped over. Made me glad I had their hitch. We used our own 3500 watt generator - it was enough to run all electrical, water pump, microwave, but couldn’t handle the AC. Give the fridge a full day to chill before putting anything in it. We rented the trailer with an extra day on both ends of the trip so that we could get everything prepped and cleaned out before and after. We have 5 kids, 5-13, and everyone slept comfortably. Highly recommend.

Kaitlyn was so amazing to answer any question quickly prior to reserving her trailer and incredibly accommodating the entire pre-/post- trip. The trailer was perfect for our family and was easy to pull. Overall, excellent experience and I highly recommend this trailer!!!!

The camper was is good condition, all appliances worked with our own 3500w generator. The beds were standard for trailers.
