The 24-foot Forester RV is well equipped and has lots of extra touches -- like an AirBNB on wheels. Joe is super helpful and readily available. Couldn't ask for better. He even reached out to see how things were going. If you are new to RVing, as we are, be sure to get a full orientation to the multiple systems and energy sources. The big Mercedes 3500 diesel was fun to drive, although a bit thirsty, and the RV rides well.

Joe is extremely accommodating and helpful with his RV. It slept 4 of us comfortably and we especially appreciated the thorough tour/lesson at pickup and the ease of communication. 10/10 will rent from him again!

I’m not a happy camper!!! The RV had many issues!!! The awning broke the first time that we opened it. The passenger side door- step fell off!!! We were waiting for three hours for a tire repair because of a faulty air valve!!!Joe charged me -$200.00 for cleaning due to cigarette smoke in the RV and no one ever smoked in the RV !!! I’m certain of that! The RV experience was not a good one and I will never us your company in the future!!!

David the RV has never been returned in such derelict conditions. The RV repair center that did the repairs stated this type of awning issue is commonly due to opening the awning into something (tree or wall) not normal usage. The steps are rated for 250 lbs., new brackets have been welded and bolted into place to remedy this failure. David there is a full-size spare under the vehicle, roadside assistance is covered and was available when you needed air in the tire. It was confirmed by 5 different noses that the RV smelled like cigarettes, smoked in or not it had to be remediated of the smoke stench. Please rent elsewhere in the future, good day.

Joseph was excellent to work with. A wealth of knowledge on his RV and tips to have an enjoyable experience. We had a 1,000 mile round trip with stops at a few campgrounds and family gatherings and the RV handled the task. Even with a couple of hiccups like a flat tire, Joseph and Outdoorsy were attentive to ensure our trip was successful.
