This sick rig has everything we needed for a quick camping weekend trip. It was so easy with Vadim. He very thoroughly explained how to use the tent and car so I really didn’t have any questions for him after picking up the car.

My experience overall was pretty good with the FJ Cruiser but there were a few draw backs. The radio screen did not work even though the radio did and so did the auxiliar Apple carplay screen so it took quite a while to get it to work. The only other issue was the cost. This rental for 5 days was 2-3x that of a rental car and only a few hundred short of another van we rented that came with Ac, 3 beds, solar, running water, hot shower, ect. Also insurance doesn't cover offroad so its no different than a rental car. I love the FJ overall an awesome car but a rental or another camper van would've been a better value proposition.

This car is perfect for your big adventure, and Vadim, is a very helpful and knowledgeable host. I took this badass vehicle out to Lake Tahoe area for a week, and had an absolute blast. With this car you can drive any road, and sleep anywhere you want.

Very well equipped for some adventure camping! We rented this FJ for two weeks and it gave us great camping options on our California road trip. Would definitely recommend. Quick and Easy to set up the tent. Vadim was a great host and gave us some good recommendations for our trip.

Vadim is an awesome host! He made the rental process easy and was very friendly and knowledgeable. His FJ Cruiser is built really well and set up to tackle the California wilderness. The rooftop tent was easy to set up and take down and the gear included with the truck was well-used and maintained. I had a great experience and would rent again.

Single mother here. My first time using Outdoorsy.
I take my kids (10 and 12) camping every summer but I’m stiff when I wake up from sleeping in a sleeping bag in a tent. I still want my kids to get the full experience of camping.
Vadim was a great host. Patiently explained how to operate the vehicle and amenities. He was flexible with my return time.

We had such a great time renting Vadim’s Toyota FJ Cruiser with the Yakima rooftop tent! Vadim was super thoughtful and easy to work with—he even adjusted the pickup and drop-off times to fit our schedule, which we really appreciated.

Number one Vadim was extremely supportive and thoroughly gracious number two the vehicle was in excellent condition impressively capable and served extremely well number three in particular the rooftop tent was extremely comfortable this was a comment from a friend who owns a fleet of rental vehicles with rooftop tents he admits that the tent model Vadim has chosen offers superior comfort and space compared to the tents on his own rental vehicles number four I'm already talking to friends about securing another vehicle (or two) from Vadim for our next 4x4 trip

Had a great first Outdoorsy experience with Vadim and his FJ Cruiser. He took so much time and care to explain to me how everything works, and he made himself available for any questions or concerns throughout the booking. I would not hesitate to book with him again! Thanks so much, Vadim!

Vadim had great communication with us and showed us in detail how to set up the tent and anything else involved. He worked with us to have the best out of our trip and he couldn’t have done any better. The vehicle and tent were comfortable and easy. He gave us advice on a few parts of the trip and we were thankful because we had no idea about them. This was our first time using Outdoorsy and Vadim made it easy. Thank you, Vadim!
