Our family recently used this RV to visit Wisconsin & Michigan and had a fantastic time! The RV itself is very new and in good condition. We received it very clean. Ram took time to answer lots of my questions ahead of time as well as spent a lot of time with us when we first met to show us how to use everything in the RV as well as make sure that we were comfortable driving it. We used the RV for a week and Ram was always available for questions via text or call if needed. The RV comfortably fit our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 young kids. I would recommend and would rent from Ram again if we were planning a similar trip
