We provide RVs for extended trips with the idea of having large living space, comforts of home, and easy to use features. We know the “renter’s experience” as we recently rented an RV to vacation in Europe for six weeks and fully understand how important customer service and availability is, especially when you’re renting from strangers. All our RVs are well maintained and have an annual “Pre-Delivery Inspection” to ensure all systems are working per your expectations and our standards. Please let us know where you’re traveling or consider traveling and we are available to assist you, from booking until safely at home. Renter will receive a packet of condensed “how to use” features, points of interest that fit your vacation, emergency numbers, etc. We are a “eConnect’ member of Showcase RV Hub that has a national network of parts, service, owners, etc. to network our RV renters with their propriety software to connect all aspects or owning/renting an RV, plus a 24/7 Call Center. We loved everything about this RV we’ve rented RVs for this trip for five years running by far our favorite. It’s well stocked and is an amazing space once you do all the pop outs. It drives very well and handled better than some comparable RVs we’ve rented in the past. We were able to easily navigate on and off of the orca Island ferry.
John and his team know what they are doing and helped to make our trip so easy and fun. Thanks again for allowing us to use your beautiful RV..

Great experience – Highly recommended!
I rented this RV for 12 nights and I am incredibly satisfied with my stay. All the equipment functioned perfectly and smoothly. The kitchen supplies were more than enough for our family of three and for daily cooking. The RV is very easy to drive and the size is perfect for parking, as it can even fit into a standard car parking space. John was extremely responsive and replied immediately whenever I needed to contact him.
BONUS: He delivered the RV directly to our hotel in Everett free of charge, and after we returned it, he dropped us off at a nearby bus stop. This was amazing and so helpful!
The only minor thing I would point out for improvement is the cleanliness of the fabrics on the seats, couches, and beds.
Overall, this is definitely the best value for money. I highly recommend it and would absolutely rent it again!

RV had some plumbing problems from the previous renters so we were doubtful whether we might be able to pickup the RV as promised. John and his team notified us about the problem and were fixing till last minute. Finally issue was resolved and we picked up the RV but later than the scheduled time. Great communication and effort on getting the RV ready.RV was functional but not clean during pickup. Fridge had moldy smell and floors were dirty. So we asked them to clean it. Sometimes the fridge didn’t work in the campground may be due to the slope. Our biggest problem was the mattress in the back of the RV which sinks in the middle resulting in back pain. Also the awning was broken, so we couldn’t use it. Rest of the RV worked well without any problems. Great value for money.

Babu, we notified you immediately upon us receiving notice from previous renter that RV had major damage, but technicians believed they could replace all the waste tanks plumbing from tire blowout, versus canceling rental with full refund. Techs worked on repairs until 3am. I told you I trust my techs but you need to be patient. Refrigerator was intentionally turned off my techs per safety protocols. Thus although refrigerator and floors may have been a bit dirty due to techs going in/out during testing of plumbing. We have a claim in process with awning, but we made decision to work on plumbing versus awning. Hindsight, I wished I canceled your rental. You’re very unappreciative and I’m offended. John (owner)

This was our first Rv experience and First time staying at the Gorge. We have nothing but great things to say about John and his crew! very Knowledgeable and always on call if we needed help explaining how things worked. 100/10 will definitely book again next year.

RV was not ready we had to wait 2 hours while the tech worked on it. No working stairs (3 of us fell getting out of RV),gas tank not full, no front grill, smells coming from rear of RV, air conditioner not working(supplied a portable one but not able to close bathroom door),bbq supplied but broken. RV was spacious and comfortable for the most part, could’ve been cleaned on the outside before hand.

Great rental for our National Parks trip. Put on around 2,500 miles on it over the course of my trip , and it was reliable the whole way. John was very accommodation, easy to communicate with, and made the rental process straight forward. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d rent from them again!

Fantastic experience from pick up to drop off. John was responsive and helpful during the trip as well. The RV itself worked like a charm, nothing that didnt work and well stocked with bedding, chairs, pots and pans, glasses. We will certainly be renting from John again in the future.

We rented this RV from John for a two-night camping trip at the Gorge Amphitheater. Overall, we think this RV does an adequate job for that task, but there were many issues worth mentioning.We paid for the RV to be dropped off near us at the Bellevue Walmart. The first problem was that they were 45 minutes late for drop-off. At drop-off, 1/4 of the gas tank was already gone, which seemed odd since they were only coming from Everett. The overall condition of the vehicle is run-down. It did not feel especially clean, and you could just sense this RV has lived a hard life as a rental. On the positive side, brand-new bedding was included. The vehicle drove reasonably. The check engine light came on, which John theorized was from driving too fast uphill. We arrived at the Gorge with no other issues. After we camped, we learned that the RV refrigerator couldn't keep the freezer cold or maintain a normal fridge temperature. We put Yeti cold packs in to treat it like a cooler. We tried boiling water on the stove, but it produced little flame, making it impractical. I don't think you could reasonably cook dinner on the cooktop. The generator worked, which we used sparingly to charge devices. We did not use the bathroom or sink. We tried to use the heater since it was cold but couldn't get it to output hot air. On the last day, we agreed to meet at 2, but at 1:58 we got a message that they wouldn't be there until 2:30. We were able to leave the keys in the car and avoid waiting around since we had a plane to catch.

David, sorry you feel you had a bad experience. I was in contact with your buddy who picked up RV. I told him driver was stuck in horrible traffic and to be patient. For delivery rentals, the gas tank is full upon leaving storage. The check engine code is for driving RV uphill too fast, causing a misfire. When RV returned, tech used code reader to decipher code, and it was exactly that. Over the winter I replaced upholstery, flooring, mattress, etc. over winter. Our cleaning team is ultra clean. You mentioned refrigerator, stove, & furnace wasn't working properly but your buddy was given thorough orientation of RV systems and everything worked as it should. Upon return, everything worked. Also, we have a 24/7 Call Center and didn't receive a single call from you to explain what you were doing wrong. I've been renting RVs out to families for 11 years. and replace, refurbish, or add RVs to fleet based on large repeat customer base. Trip owners are now required to be at orientation.
