While the booking process was smooth and the host was communicative, the RV itself had several significant issues that impacted our trip . Several rear lights were non-functional and the tank fell off in the middle of the desert due to rusted bolts, leaving us stranded with a small child. The bathroom, shower curtain, and refrigerator all had visible mold and a horrific odor. As first-time renters, we were given a rushed 5-minute explanation and told to watch YouTube. Drawers constantly swung open while driving, and the host was absent for the return, completely ignoring all our messages to resolve these issues privately before contacting customer service. Do not recommend this vehicle as it is not well-serviced and the host's communication is non-existent. P.S The listing photos are misleading. In reality, the interior is quite dated, and the furniture is noticeably scuffed and weathered, unlike the 'perfect' look shown online

This was my second time renting from Joe, and once again everything was great. Check-in was quick and easy, the bedding came fresh out of the cleaner’s bag, and he even had the black and grey tanks open to show they were fully emptied. The RV itself was very comfortable to drive, and the whole process was hassle-free. I feel very confident renting from Joe and would recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately, this RV was not what we expected and was far from family-friendly. When we picked it up, it was in very poor condition — the floor was filthy, the countertops were sticky, and it took multiple deep cleans just to make it feel usable. The bedroom had duct tape holding parts together, and sections of the ceiling were falling down. During our drive, the refrigerator came loose and partially fell out, which was both alarming and dangerous.
