Hi, we are the Herrera family. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs. We love going up to the rim, especially Woods Canyon Lake and camping at Aspen. We love escaping to the cooler weather from Phoenix! I hope you love camping as much as we do!

This trailer was as advertised and very clean when we picked it up. The dual batteries were awesome and provided plenty of power. We'd be remiss if the couple renting the trailer were a joy to work with! We'd highly recommend this rental.

Rented the trailer from Melissa and Steven and it was the perfect size for our weekend trip to Roosevelt Lake. The whole process was very easy and Melissa and Steven epitomize the concept of customer service. From the very first inquiry on availability they where very prompt with their responses. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for answers to my questions. The trailer has everything you will need to be comfortable dry camping as we did. Everything in the trailer works and looks brand new. The Herrera's supply the trailer with dishes, pots, mugs, utinsels, coffee maker, games, DVD's and grill if required.

I have pulled smaller trailers before, but nothing quite as big as Melissa and Steven's RV. I was a little nervous at first. They were so accommodating. They spent an entire hour with me going over all of the details pertaining to the operation of the RV (i.e. propane, generator, dump procedures, water tank, and all of the electronics). They answered any and all questions that I had. Steven even had a more appropriately sized hitch and ball that we hooked up to my vehicle. They were available by phone any time that I had a question, and even checked in on us during our 4-day trip. It was a great experience, and I would do it again. What a super friendly couple they were! Thanks Melissa and Steven!

Melissa and Steven are the best! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way possible. The RV was amazing and everything was explained clearly and efficiently. Melissa even checked in to make sure we were doing okay. We had zero problems with the RV but felt comforted in knowing we could reach out if we had any issues. We would definitely rent from Melissa and Steven again. 5 star experience all around.

The Herrera’s were amazing. They run a well oiled machine! They were very thorough with everything from start to finish. They have a great trailer and a great system. They were always available to answer questions and concerns and were prompt to answer. Would highly recommend renting from them. We had a family of 7 and it was great.

Melissa and Steven are great with communication and very detailed before the trip. They were extremely helpful and thorough with explaining all the instructions and features of their camper. The freedom express is awesome! Extremely clean, plenty of room for my family of 4, and every amenity worked flawlessly! Suprisingly lightweight for its size! Highly recommend! Would definitely rent again.

This was my first experience camping and pulling a travel trailer. Trailer was perfect size for my husband and I. Also, it is pet friendly which was great as we have a 7 month old puppy that had to travel with us. Steven was extremely helpful, explained everything we needed to know about the trailer, location of supplies and trailer functions. Trailer was super easy to tow and everything worked perfect. They communicated with me promptly and answered any questions I had. The couple were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend renting from Steven and Melissa.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) had a great time in the Freedom Express! The camper was clean and everything worked great. The camper was stocked with all the basic cooking and cleaning tools that we needed. Plenty of storage for our items. The Herrera's gave us a thorough walkthrough on how to operate the camper and we felt comfortable taking it on the road. They were easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this camper!

Melissa’s RV was in an impeccable condition. She had everything we needed to make our last minute camping adventure a complete success. They even had a propane fire pit that we were able to use which made the trip for our girls. We are looking forward to our next booking with Melissa.
