We've been renting RVs a couple of times a year for the past 8 or 9 years, all from private owners. Nessa tied a unit we rented last year for best steering & suspension - it was smooth and easy to drive. There is a "tow/haul" mode that gives you better gas mileage, but it seems to keep the engine revving higher and so there is extra noise when using it. De-select that mode and things quiet right down. We were not at a campground with power available, but the fridge, stove and plumbing all worked well.

Craig is an excellent owner. His communication is absolutely flawless and he is extremely easy to talk to and very thorough. Nessa is a great RV to drive and very homey. Highly recommended.

Craig was a great first impression of Outdoorsy. He was very flexible with our pickup and dropoff, made the whole process stress free, and I felt at ease with the RV after his walk through. Nessa has some quirks to her, but nothing that detracts from your vacation, and everything was brought to our attention by Craig before departure, as he is adamantly working to make Nessa the best they can be. The generous amenities were a great bonus, and Craig did everything he could to ensure we had everything we needed for a flawless trip. Solid RV, comfortable beds, lots of storage, and simple to use. We were first time RVers, and felt like pros in no time. Thanks!
