Great experience all around with Rick! The van had everything we needed for a week-long vacation down the Florida gulf coast and Florida Keys. Would highly recommend!

We were 1st time RV’ers and rented the Travato for an 8 night trip (2000 miles) to the Black Hills SD and back. The vehicle was very clean and in excellent condition. Rick explained all of the features of the van so we could hookup utilities if available or just do boon-docking. (no utility hookup) We greatly appreciated Rick’s thorough explanation to review these utilities prior to the trip. We also appreciated Rick’s quick response time when we were on the road and had a question. The RV drove smoothly and was very comfortable. The storage was more than sufficient for both of us. Pickup was very flexible as others had mentioned. Looking forward to renting this vehicle again.

We had a great trip! Rick was very helpful as we RV newcomers had lots of questions at the outset, and while on the road. Rick was just a text or call away. The Travato was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, refrigerator had enough room for our two week trip to the Badlands, Yellowstone and the Tetons, the 2 burner propane was great for making coffee in the morning and an easy supper at night. There was plenty of space for storage, and Rick had 5 extra hooks in the bathroom, 4 wire shelves in the closet,, and overhead wire baskets above the beds. We watched lots of youtube videos to help prepare us to operate the systems for heating,
cooling, water, electric, and wastewater disposal, and joined a Travato Facebook group to learn from other users. The Travato is easy to drive, handles well on the road, is easy to park, and we had several other RV campers ask about and admire the design, spaciousness and layout of the Travato.

Very nice RV we really enjoyed it. Just make sure you bring everything as it comes empty which we prefer.

Great vehicle and rental experience.

Good experience. Rick was very flexible with us, as we picked up the van early and returned late. Everything ran well, a bit of a learning curve on how everthing works. The gray water tank is small, so short showers are a must!

We were first time RV’ers and rented the Travato for 2 weeks and drove over 4000 miles with it. We had a lot of questions before and throughout the trip and Rick was incredibly responsive and patient. 5 stars for Rick and the Travato. It’s easy to maneuver and park, and had all the amenities we needed.

The Travato was easy to drive and perfect space for two.

This is a very good vehicle, in great shape. I would recommend it, conditionally. All of our previous RV rentals supplied basic support equipment like dishes, pots & pans, linens, camp chairs etc. Alert - this one has none of these items so read the details closely if you are flying in from out of town to pickup. Rick is very nice, but a bit unclear on some communications (example: I did not receive pickup address or instructions as late as 24 hrs before pickup so I had to initiate contact to get the info). So, be prepared to be proactive and press for details.

Our trip to Everglades national park was great. It was the first time, my husband and I had rented a van that size for camping. It worked really well for us.
Rick was easy to communicate with. He explained everything well and was flexible for pick up and drop off times.

Rick is very accommodating.
We had a great time. Great rig.
