We rented this RV from John for a two-night camping trip at the Gorge Amphitheater. Overall, we think this RV does an adequate job for that task, but there were many issues worth mentioning.We paid for the RV to be dropped off near us at the Bellevue Walmart. The first problem was that they were 45 minutes late for drop-off. At drop-off, 1/4 of the gas tank was already gone, which seemed odd since they were only coming from Everett. The overall condition of the vehicle is run-down. It did not feel especially clean, and you could just sense this RV has lived a hard life as a rental. On the positive side, brand-new bedding was included. The vehicle drove reasonably. The check engine light came on, which John theorized was from driving too fast uphill. We arrived at the Gorge with no other issues. After we camped, we learned that the RV refrigerator couldn't keep the freezer cold or maintain a normal fridge temperature. We put Yeti cold packs in to treat it like a cooler. We tried boiling water on the stove, but it produced little flame, making it impractical. I don't think you could reasonably cook dinner on the cooktop. The generator worked, which we used sparingly to charge devices. We did not use the bathroom or sink. We tried to use the heater since it was cold but couldn't get it to output hot air. On the last day, we agreed to meet at 2, but at 1:58 we got a message that they wouldn't be there until 2:30. We were able to leave the keys in the car and avoid waiting around since we had a plane to catch.

We absolutely loved renting the Coachman Pixel and Moinul was part of that. He was quick to respond and helped us with a few special requests..Nirvana worked great and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this rental.

I rented Rae's 20-foot Thor Tellaro for 12 days on an epic roadtrip in SoCal and had the time of my life. Rae was easily one of the best "rent-a-thing" app hosts I've ever had (i.e. be it outdoorsy RV, motorcycle rental app, or Airbnb). she was always communicative, sending clear video instructions in advance. She addressed any and all of my questions, concerns, and proverbial roadbumps quickly and directly. For instance, the house battery on the unit wasn't working as well as it originally did. Rae had already ordered a generator, made plans to replace the battery, and offered me options to pickup the generator during my stay to ensure I had what I needed. 10/10, can't recommend enough!!!

Guest communicated concerns shortly after arrival and chose to end the reservation after one night. Some of the concerns raised involved features that were disclosed in the listing and operational aspects of the camper that required familiarity with RV systems. Despite efforts to answer questions and address concerns, we were unable to meet the guest’s expectations for the rental.
