Thanks you very much, Richard! After communicating with outdoorsy staff, Richard helps us cancel the trip deal to extreme forest fire smoke. Richard was the most pleasant renter I have ever work with, and my family have taken many trips in the past. He was always quick to respond to any questions I have and gave us many suggestions for our trip. Although we did not take the trip this time, I will give all five stars in my review just based on my interactions with Richard and since outdoorsy require me to give stars rating to each category. I am looking forward to book our future trip with Richard again.
