Yury already knows how to operate an RV, so only minimal, hands-off training was needed. I would definitely rent the van to him again.

Christine and Tim’s trailer was perfect for our first camping trip as trailer campers! Everything was exactly as described and in great working condition. It was easy to tow, and communication with them was smooth and straightforward. The whole experience was hassle-free, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

The RV was sufficient for our needs and we had a great trip overall, however our host demanded an additional $70 cash on the day we arrived. He said this money was because Outdoorsy’s delivery fee was only for drop off, not pick up. We called Outdoorsy and they assured us that the delivery fee we paid was for drop off and pick up (like we thought it was). We had given the address of where we wanted the RV delivered and were then given a calculated cost for drop off. We paid over a month in advance and were never notified that the price we paid was somehow not sufficient. The extra cash he demanded last minute seemed shady and unfair. We went along our business and did not leave additional cash when we left (like the host had asked us to). We left it in better shape than we found it. (The cleanliness of the RV when we arrived was barely acceptable. A little crusted food on the table and occasional hairs on the ground. Not to my standard of cleanliness.) But we chose to over look that and be done with it. We were notified upon returning home that our host kept $116 of our deposit (for pick up fee and dump fee). We then called Outdoorsy and filed a complaint… they agreed this was not correct and in violation of their code. They refunded us the deposit money. While all ended just fine it was a headache to say the least. Honesty and trust are huge in situations like these and we felt there was a lack of both.

If you’re planning a family getaway to Navajo Lake (or anywhere, really), this is the RV for you. The smooth delivery, thoughtful setup, and fully equipped unit made our vacation memorable in the best way possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better Outdoorsy experience. Thank you!!

Joel and his family have take well care of our tent trailer. It was their first time renting one and they did great!! The trailer was bring back in good condition.
