Air conditioner in cab stopped working off and on, not acceptable in 100 degree weather. Owner decided to charge $240 for a cosmetic scratch on RV. He did not do a detailed walk around on the RV at pick up. He said, and I quote “If you bring it back and there are a couple scratches here or there no big deal, as long as you don’t bring it back with the bumper hanging off”. Even after drop off inspection he said nothing, then decided to call me the next day to inform me he is taking some of the security deposit. I believe this may be a breach of contract as I signed at drop off with no damages noted. Spoiled a great trip otherwIse for my granddaughters birthday. Couldn’t imagine after treating the RV like my own, I would be charged for cosmetic scratch. Renter beware to take your own photos and ensure walk around is completed in detail, before renting. To be fair, I will say owner was very communicative and flexible.

It was our first time ever using an RV and going on a camping adventure. Arnold is a great host, punctual easy to accommodate and even with a small hiccup at the beginning of the trip, he was able to resolve it and our trip when without a flinch. We will definitely consider Arnold again for a future trip. The RV was more than comfortable for my husband myself and our two teenage daughters!

For the age of the RV it was in great shape, let him know about the heater now working and the awning coming loose.

Arnold was great to work with in preparing for the trip and was highly responsive during it. The vehicle is in great shape, very clean and exactly as advertised. Overall, we'd feel very comfortable recommending renting from Arnold.

The whole experience was great. 5/5. Arnold was easy to communicate with and had the RV in spotless condition. It worked so well and everything felt clean and comfortable (even better than most AirBNB's I've stayed at). The RV had no issues driving or working. We used it to explore all of New Mexico. Our 2 daughters liked it so much that they want to do it all again.

We knew taking off that the generator was having an issue. Thinking it was only flooded, we headed out. Had a great family time touring northern Arizona. All as well as long as we were in weather that didn't require the air conditioner. At nights, we hooked up to the electricity and slept like babies. All the other amenities were in tact. We showered outside, played board games under the lights of the RV, made full meals on the stove. Arnold kept in touch with us offering to have a technician sent out to fix the generator but our trip was too jammed packed and didn't want to miss out on any of the planned experiences. Overall, 90% of the RV experience was wonderful. Once that generator is up and going, I'd highly recommend taking a trip. Thank you Arnold!

Renting from Arnold was a smooth and pleasant experience. The RV is very nice and comfortable, and served us well during our trip. Would rent with Arnold again without hesitation!
