The whole experience with John was easy. He was easy to communicate with and arrived on time for drop off and pick up. The unit was perfect for our family, the kids were separated at the back in the bunk area and couldn't be heard in the front room. It was also nice having chairs available for use. We would definitely rent again. Thanks!
