There were three major mechanical issues with this ‘new luxury rv’. We had no air conditioning for 17 days of a 20 day trip, with kids in late July. The fuel gauge gave inaccurate readings, showing empty immediately after fill up, and the black water gauge was malfunctioning. These problems led to significant stress and lost time from our vacation.

Misty and Rick were absolutely amazing from start to finish and I can’t give enough praise but I’ll try. The check in process was super thorough and professional. Misty gave a 45 minute tutorial which made me more comfortable driving this beautiful vehicle away for a 3 day adventure. Team Misty has thought of absolutely everything when it comes to this rental. My daughter and I had an amazing trip around Ohio and I was so thankful that we got to use this RV in particular. It was perfect from start to finish. This is the most fun I’ve had in the last 5 years and team Misty and Rick were a big part of it. A+++++++

Misty is an excellent person to rent from. She’s quick to answer questions and her Entegra Qwest is equipped with everything you need to make a perfect trip.
