We traveled from Texas to Utah to visit Bryce and Zion and were delighted to find the trailer as described. This is a very nice luxury camper complete with the necessary kitchen, bathroom, (including bathroom chemicals) toilet paper and cleaning supplies, including a vacuum and dishwasher (we didn't use the dishwasher, but it's a great feature!). Bedroom sheets & bath towels were provided - all clean and in good shape. The area rug in the living area was a nice touch. Great storage both underneath and inside the trailer. The trailer was clean and mechanically sound - everything worked as expected so we had no issues at all. I pulled it with a 1 ton Ford dully, it pulled like a dream.The owner, Brody was very helpful, he delivered he trailer on time and was there to receive it back at the time we agreed upon. (This was very helpful to us since we had a long way to travel that day) He was familiar with the camp grounds where we were going, that helped us to make good choices. He pointed us to several sites in the areas we were visiting to help us to enjoy our experience, and helped us with the routes we took since he knew the roads. He fully went over the trailer to show us everything and how things worked.We had one small issue, but it was due to the water pressure at the park we stayed at in Bryce. I called Brody and he immediately responded. Problem solved.The tires were in great shape and the trailer had all of the necessary accessories needed to set it up properly (antenna wire, tire chocks, leveling blocks, jack, pin support water & sewer hoses (due to where we stayed, we could have used longer sewer hoses). This trailer has three dump valves (two located in the front for the bath & toilet (Black & gray) and one in the back for the kitchen). The hoses provided were not long enough to connect them all to the Y connection that was provided. (having an additional sewer hose and longer sewer hoses along with a fresh water pressure regulator would be my only recommendation).With everything working, and no issues, this made for an easy trip.
