Hi! Jared and his dad are extremely helpful and provide you with everything you need to have a comfortable time. The camping vans are Amazing with all the power you can ask for in keeping the van warm with rogrammable furnance, food cold in the fridge and phones charged at all times! Easy to clean and so convenient toilet. The equipment and linens are freshly cleaned and ready for your use. I cannot thank them enough for their time and attention to all details in fast communications along the whole way:) We will definitely be back to PNW and will be a returning customer of theirs! Camping cheers y'all in style! Emily;)

Jared was very friendly and quickly responded to any queries/concerns. He carefully showed us around the vehicle and how to operate the van, including the water/waste, electrical and heating systems at pickup. Jared was also very responsive when we had engine problems and arranged to meet us to fix the battery/alternator problem we experienced. Unfortunately, we had to take it to the mechanical shop. Jared arranged for them to fix the problem on the same day and we were back on the road, but we lost the travel day.
As described in other reviews, the van is an older model and did not have a rear camera. This makes it tricky when reversing into parking spots. Luckily, we had 2 people and one person could direct from the outside.
The van was very functional and we enjoyed spending time travelling around. A few items could have been better - the drawers and cabinets would sometimes pop open during driving even though we locked them. It would've been nice to have a few additional hooks to hang towels, etc. We purchased a small kitchen knive and tea towel to dry the dishes.
All in all - we really enjoyed travelling in the van. Thanks so much to Jared for being such a friendly host.

Jared’s van was perfect for our wedding trip! The van had everything we needed and was very cozy/comfy. Fully functional and utilitarian. Excellent vehicle!

Jared was very responsive and helpful during the weeks leading up to our rental. On pick up day Jack gave us a run down on how to use the van. Jack was very easy going and let us park his car on his property off-street so we didn't have to worry about that. The van was clean and well equipped. It was perfect for hitting all the great spots in Olympic NP. After we returned the van my car wouldn't start and Jack let us use his jumpstarter. Thanks Jack! Will want to rent again for a snowboarding trip!

We had a blast! Jared is very thorough explaining everything. It was just as described, even better than expected really, and super easy to drive. It comes with everything you need, just pickup some food and shower toiletries and your good to go. We are typically tent campers but for Washington this was the way to go as the weather is quite unpredictable. All you have to do is pull out the chairs and make some dinner and sit back and relax! Loved it and definitely recommend.

This van was awesome for a trip around the Olympic Peninsula. It has everything for a convenient and comfy camping trip, and then some. Jared was really communicative and accommodating, and explained how to use everything which was nice being new to camper vans. We had no functionality issues and it was fun and easy to drive!

Jared and his father were great - very attentive and willing to make everything go smoothly. The rig is really sweet, drives great, comfortable seats and has what you need. Nice and clean too. The hydrolic bed works wonders for packing in gear (I had a lot) in the back and the bed itself is comfortable for sure. Definitely recommend it. Great experience all around.

My wife and I had an amazing trip with this rental. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and easy to use. The heating system was great! Because we needed it! The bed was comfortable and fit 2 rather tall humans. The van included all the amenities we needed for our trip.

This RV is SO fun!!! It came fully equipped with everything that we could possibly need. Jared was extremely communicative throughout the whole trip and was super easy to work with. I’d recommend his vans to anyone who asks!

Jared was great to deal with! Gave us a tutorial of the van’s operations, everything was perfect. Van was supplied with everything we needed, had an amazing week exploring the Olympic Peninsula! So many campgrounds and parks perfect for this setup. Saw some amazing coastline and did a bunch of trail runs and hikes. Will be back!

Had a great time taking Jared’s Revel through Olympic NP. My wife was a big fan of the electrically lowered bed as she found manually setting up the beds in other Winnebagos to be annoying. Jared was very instructional at pick up and responsive when we had questions on the road.

The initial pick up briefing covered everything and Jared was very nice. When showing how the 4x4 worked there was an issue getting it back out 4 wheel drive, he stated that happens sometimes. He also advised there was battery jump box incase there was an issue. On the third day of a weekrental the van had issues with both the van dying (some type of battery discharge issue) and the drivetrain got stuck in 4 wheel drive low. The van would not go more 10 mph. Jared responded quickly to my text but he could not provide any type of solution. The van dies several more times, sometimes at night and I had to jump it. My biggest issue - There is known problem with the electrical system, he knew it and was still renting it. They would not have secondary power source for the van and a jump box. After the trip Jared has not returned Outdoorsy message or direct calls. His dad did drop us off at the airport so we did not see him again. These issues caused a stressful week in what was supposed to be a stress free vacation

10/10 would do it again. Jared and his father have been so accommodating to all my requests (for my surprise) and helpful, esp. when we have questions since it’s our first time using a motorhome. They gave us a thorough run down of everything. must recommend👍
