This trip was better than we could have ever imagined it to be. I am now in the market for a camper. This is the only way to vacation!!!! Until I can get my own , this will be my RV of choice. Thank you Jenny for everything

First time renting and it was way better than expected. The RV was exceptionally clean like it was just detailed. All features worked and it rode smoothly. For being a big vehicle after the first hour had no problems maneuvering through traffic. Jenny was awesome, kept great communications and had printed instructions if you forgot something from their walk around. they explained everything is great detail and made you feel more confident in taking the RV on the road. Will definitely use them again. Thanks

The RV functioned properly, and the owners were helpful with explaining everything in it, however we feel like we were lied to as the photos in the listing do NOT show the actual state of the vehicle. The seats are torn up, and decrepit, the material was sloughing off any time someone touched it and we had to use our sheets we brought for sleeping to cover the driver/passenger seats. There's also a door missing on the storage compartments outside.

This was my family’s first RV trip and Jenny and her husband made sure that we were comfortable using all of the features on the RV. They allowed us to come and get acquainted with it before the trip so that we wouldn’t be overwhelmed with all of the information. They are personable, flexible and gracious hosts who strived to make our trip as worry free as possible. The RV itself is just as described on the website and we had an awesome time with it. They made certain the RV was clean with no surprises and were available when I had to contact them on the trip to reiterate instructions. My mother-in-law even loved the toilet. They had the best deal that I saw on Outdoorsy. I definitely recommend anyone looking to rent a Class C RV to contact Jenny.

I was a first time RVer. Wanted to go across state and ride an elephant at the Virginia Natural Bridge Zoo 🙂. Family of 4 with 2 dogs. I felt ok driving one but all the gadgets, what to use when, etc was concerning. Jenny made my concerns disappear. She was giving advice days before the rental - what to pack/ what to think about, etc... and then on the pick up day they provided a complete tour of the rv, all the hook ups, even made step by step instructions with pictures for the hook ups!! I knew I was in good hands if I needed something but they were so thorough I didn't have to ask for help. The RV itself was very nice- roomy with the 2 slide outs. Master bedroom has a privacy door and plenty of room for others to sleep (my kids are grown and no issues). Great experience and I will be a return customer!! Thank you Team Jenny!!
