Unfortunately, our van's house battery died the day prior to departure. We called in an emergency RV repair and tried everything to get it fixed but had to take it to the dealership for repair. We worked to communicate with the renter and Outdoorsy throughout the process and helped find the renter a back-up option. The van now has brand new RV batteries and fully replaced.

Great communication. The van is new including all the accessories. We could not have asked for anything more. Kristi even supplied a small cooler at no extra charge. Dale explained how everything worked and was quick to respond by SMS when we had questions while traveling and camping. We highly recommend renting from Kristi and Dale.

Experience from start to finish was great! Had all of the amenities to have a comfortable trip. Setup of tent on top of jeep was super easy to set up and take down by myself. Jeep drove well. I would recommend using this type of setup anytime!

Our trip in Goose was amazing! Our biggest apprehension was how it would drive/handle, but it was totally fine! Everything is super easy and approachable, we felt like pros after the first night. The owners were friendly and easy going, completely available for any questions if needed which was a great peace of mind. And there was way more than enough storage space for all our stuff for a week-long hiking vacation. We'd rent from these owners again in a heartbeat!

Really enjoyed our weekend getaway in Goose. Dale and Kristi were great to work with and quick to reply with any questions. Pick up was a breeze and the RV and was in perfect condition upon arrival.

This was my first camper van experience, and Dale and Kristi were fantastic-personable and responsible. I took my teenage daughter and small dog, and there was enough room for all of us.The vehicle and appliances were in great working order, VERY clean (I’m picky), and very cute. There is ample storage for 2 and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
