Guests rented our camper during a time of year when nighttime temperatures reach freezing. They selected a campsite with no electrical hookups and declined the optional generator rental. Prior to their check-in date, we advised them multiple times that without hookups or a generator, battery power could be limited in cold temperatures. We also confirmed that the heater does run off the batteries.During their stay, the guests reported their batteries had depleted overnight. Blamed us for this incident occurring. Refused to rent the generator. In response, we delivered a generator at no charge, covered the $80 in fuel, drove 22 miles total, waived the standard delivery fee, and set up the generator to ensure everything was functioning properly. We also returned the following day to check on them, and at that point, the solar and battery system was fully charged.

We recently rented our RV to Paul and his brother, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communication from start to finish, took excellent care of the rig, and brought it back clean and in the same shape they received it. They were respectful, easygoing, and just genuinely good dudes. We’d be happy to rent to them again anytime!

Wes’s motorhome is hands-down one of the most beautiful and well-appointed RVs we’ve ever rented. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that every detail had been thought of - and then some. The entire coach was spotless, everything felt brand new, and it was stocked better than most people’s own homes: kitchen gadgets, quality linens, outdoor chairs, games, cleaning supplies… you name it, it was there. We quickly realized we had overpacked after learning of all the supplies onboard.
