We had a great time visiting Big Bend in Joel’s van. The van was very simple (as advertised, so we expected that) but also comfortable and suited our needs just fine. We’re curious about owning a van, so this was a helpful experience learning which amenities we’d like in our own van. Operating everything was simple, and it was awesome just rolling into the campsite every night with no need to set up anything. Also appreciated how easy it was to pick up and drop off the van and the detailed instructions that Joel provided.

The entire process, from start to finish, was excellent. We especially appreciated the convenience of the drop-off and pick-up service, which made our trip planning so much smoother. Vitaliy's communication throughout the rental period was prompt and helpful.
