Had a great time in the trailer. It was all set up and ready to go on my arrival which was perfect. Terrific communication with Keith. I would definitely rent again from Richmond RV. All the lights, a/c, heat etc. worked perfectly. The only downside - no dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc. Sparse selection of pots/pans, knives and oven did not light. No TV antenna so we could not watch any TV. Could not use outside kitchen as there was no gas.

Keith runs a very trust-worthy business with great communication and very clean and perfectly functional RV's. Everything that Keith promised was delivered flawlessly. Highly recommend this company if you need an RV rental.

What an amazing experience from the first communication! Keith responded back in no time and got everything set up so nicely! Rob was amazing with set up!
