Katie is just wonderful.. easy to communicate with and she was great at walking me through her Bambi, which is really clean and well taken care of and outfitted. A great experience, my family loved our 3 day weekend trip in it to Pinnacles and we were the envy of the campground (I think). 2 adults and 2 small kids can comfortably sleep in this for a few nights... super fun and I will be renting from Katie again...

The airstream was great, but when I returned the camper she hit me with a 500.00 fee for a residual black water that leaked out of the cap when she opened it. I had paid 10.00 for dumping the black water at a private campground. Literally a Dixie cup full. Refused to open it with a bucket under it to prove I had it drained. (Said she was going to dinner) oh yea and charged an extra 150.00 because I brought it back late. (We had agreed on that) karma is knocking Katie. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a camper before renting this one. So I got hit with 650.00 (very greedy)

We had a great time!
Katie was super-efficient in walking me through the operations and features of the Bambi. She had everything that one would need neatly organized in all the storage areas of the Bambi - cables, hoses, bedding, cuttlery and even a french press. She let me borrow her hitch, which saved me the hassle of figuring out what height hitch I would need to get. Then we were off! We spent a lot of time cooking and playing board games, which was super fun in the comfort of the Bambi. Towing it was easy, as it is relatively small. Overall a great weekend and a memorable trip. Will definitely do this again ... maybe a longer trip this time!

I can’t say enough about my experience! This was my first time towing. Katie was patient and calm and very confident in my abilities. The Bambi is gorgeous. It is fully equipped and clean and I can’t wait to rent it again.
