When we met Jennifer at Harbortown she stated that when you run the air drips came down from the unit. I’m figuring no big deal.
So when they left we went in the unit and it was hot, blowing hot air. We turned the unit off on the ceiling and thank God my nephew had a portable unit on wheels he let us borrow. So Saturday all the guys came over and figured out how to open the grill on the bottom where air should of been sucking in. When we pulled it off the water came out like a water fall. Water all over everything. It ruined our vacation.
I’m writing this review because she acted like it was no big deal. She never offered us a discount or anything. I saved her hundreds of dollars she would of paid out to have it repaired. Also the trailer was only a year old and was falling apart. One renter side swiped a guard rail and they just had it duck taped instead of getting it fixed right away. I also complained to outdoorsy and they would take $50.00 off are next rental. I told them to keep it. It was like a Griswald vacation. I will not use Outdoorsy again. Dann Lipke.

Jennifer was great to work with. The camper was very clean and stock full of amenities. It was a great experience overall. Jennifer was there for us every step of the way; timely response, thorough information and a pleasure. If the Friedline’s will have us again, we would be happy to rent from them again as well.

I booked last minute for my wife and I camping trip this weekend due to a camper we had already had booked falling through Jennifer jumped up right away and got her camper prepped and ready for us within a couple hours of us booking will use her in the future thank you Jennifer
