Samantha didn’t empty the grey tank, cassette toilet or top off the gas as instructed. She also brought the camper off road causing damage to the grey tank that had to be repaired.

Erin was such a friendly and helpful host. She took her time to ensure the RV was hooked up properly, made sure we knew how to work all amenities, and made herself available for questions during the rental. 5 stars!

Amazing amazing amazing host! Tim, from the start was very responsive and answered all my questions, this was my first time renting a travel trailer. The trailer itself had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the AC worked great the entire weekend. Plenty of storage space for all 5 of us. Tim was certainly the best host I've had through outdoorsy. He accommodated my every ask. He helped me with everything I needed, even meeting me halfway between AZ and NV for assistance. For the price I did not expect a brand new trailer with all the bells and whistles, but I also did not expect the service, the responsiveness, and having everything we needed onboard. All we literally needed to bring was ourselves, our luggage, and our food. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and certainly would rent again if I needed a reliable, well-priced, and fully ready trailer. We used this trailer for camp EDC and it was perfect for our weekend! Thanks Tim!

Harrison is a great renter and even greater person! On his trip through Sedona, The Grand Canyon and Monument Valley he kept an open line of communication throughout the process and took care of the van like it was his own. He returned the van cleaner than when he picked it up! I look forward to renting to Harrison again for his next outing.

Nopchinda is a great guest. The communication leading up to the booking was timely and transparent. They arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off, which is a huge plus when juggling other commitments. Last but not least, the van was returned clean and well cared for. We will be happy to rent our van to Nopchinda again anytime in the future. highly recommended guest.
