The drop off time is 11 AM because we had another guest the same day. We told Naomi repeatedly that the time was 11 AM. She returned the vehicle at 1 PM. She also returned the van without gas despite the policy of asking for the van to be fueled upon return. She also bent one of the pop top clips since the pop top was not secured properly after use.

We had such a great experience in this camper. First of all, the camper is in great shape and doesn't seem like it's 6 years old. The bed is comfortable, the layout is very functional and all the systems worked flawlessly. Kim and Jared are a great couple and did such a great job with their communication and delivery of the unit.
