This was a very easy process from picking up the Turtle to dropping off. Communication was quick and loved that they were thereto help me with hook up and gave clear instructions on how to use. I will be looking for a reason to rent again.

Where to even begin... Stepan and his partner were hands-down the worst guests I've had. They disrespected my van by leaving it dirty (basically everywhere), and in ways that I've never even seen before! They broke the handle off my fridge, they had a windshield incident which I had to file an insurance claim for. What else -- oh, they put almost 1000 miles on the vehicle in 3 days, and didn't think to give me a heads up. It's okay, I just charged them for the extra miles, but still. Oh and then, Stepan accused me of being "irresponsible" because I didn't fill the DEF fluid before they left... well, maybe if you had told me you were going to put 1000 miles on it, I would have said "hey, when DEF light comes on, just pour this whole bottle down this thing using this funnel" and given him the tutorial, as well as the supplies. But no, I'm very responsible and care a lot about my vehicle. But Stepan et al -- they do not. Beware!

Mahmood was a great guest! His communication from pre-booking to returning the van and everything in-between was very clear and always complimentary. He used the van like it was meant to be used: cooking, using the water system, lifting the bed out of the way, etc. They explored some of the best things to in a van like the Blue Bear: Red Rocks concert and tailgating, summer in the Rockies at Breckenridge, and checking out the beauties like Boulder and other close by cites. We would rent to Mahmood in a heart beat! Thanks,
