Awesome family! They were very thorough of how to operate everything with the RV and very friendly. They also responded very quickly with any questions that we had while on the road, which made the trip even more enjoyable! They are very dependable and we would rent from them again with no hesitation! 10/10!!

We had a wonderful experience in "Grace" the van! It was a perfect fit for our family of 4 and we very much appreciate the memories created on our roadtrip. The owners were extremely helpful with the walk through to get familiar with the van and took an extra effort to make sure we were all set up with the proper supplies for our journey. We had an excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Great experience start to finish. They had 2 dogs in my smallest trailer and i could hardly tell that they had dogs at all. Good people and they took great care of my trailer.

Albert is a great guy and it was a pleasure getting to know him.Albert is very brave to put his neck on the line for these people from Dubai he claims are good friends. But in my opinion are acquaintances that are paying him to take them on a tour of Utah. Not really a problem there. The problem stems from us not knowing who we were renting to and how much large vehicle experience they had. In the future I won’t put myself in this position. Fredrico(driver from Dubai) had very little, to no experience driving a large f-550 truck and the first give away was the inability to shift it from park to drive to reverse. This was unfamiliar to him. Then on our test drive he took a right hand corner very abruptly and put several of the items in the back all over the rig. I kindly warned him and they left with the rig.Day 2 I get a call the drawers aren’t staying closed and the tires are rubbing (because they were moving it around with the suspension down, not with the suspension in normal drive mode) and the truck(amp research) steps aren’t working. So I make an over night trip 2.5 hrs away with tool etc to attempt to fix everything. I put locks on the drawers, ground down some wheel well and left them with an extra controller for the steps. Needless to say the steps are broke and are out of my control. However the steps could have been locked out and been just fine except for extreme off roading.When I was down there fixing the drawers I notice they had put 30-40 lbs of canned goods in a drawer they were having problems with, I think a seasoned rver would have moved them to a different location when the drawer kept coming open. But they also had liquid chocolate milk fall out of a cabinet 6 feet off the ground and go all over the interior. There again a seasoned rvers would have put liquid in the fridge or lower cabinet.

Rodney and Eliza, along with their handsome pup Tucker, were great guests. What I enjoyed most was their enthusiasm for outdoor experiences. We are happy to rent to them again if the opportunity arises.

MacKenzie was wonderful with communication, prepping the RV, and patiently walking us through everything before we left. The interior was spotless with good amenities. The reason I gave the trip a 4 is my dissatisfaction with Outdoorsy charges. Neither the owner nor the renter gets a fair deal.

This was our first time renting on Outdoorsy. Ariel was extremely helpful, walking us through all the features of the trailer, how to use it, and the rental process. She was accommodating with our pick-up and drop-off times, and really made everything seamless for us. The Bean trailer fit our needs perfectly! It was so nice to have the kitchen! The pop-up tent is super spacious, and the bed inside the trailer is comfy. The solar panel kept the battery nearly fully charged the whole time. We charged some devices and kept the fridge on with no problems. We loved our experience with the Bean and renting from Ariel. It was so great, we're not sure we can go back to camping in a tent!
