We rented Jeremiah’s RV for a 3 day trip and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jeremiah was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, as he answered all our questions quickly and made everything very easy.

Great people to deal with and the camper was clean and worked extremely well for what we needed. They answered all my questions and delivered it to our campsite we had reserved on time and picked it up on time. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Hank was outstanding. Dealing with him was a great experience. Everything about this trip was amazing. The RV experience was a new thing for my son, daughter in law and grandkids. They absolutely loved it. The RV was a little older but everything worked and was in great condition. If we ever do this kind of trip again we will definitely use Hank and Outdoorsy. Thank you Hank!

Yanfeng was courteous and treated our RV well. We did have some inconsistency with following the preferred communication method. We had requested phone calls for operational questions, but communication was often handled via text, which occasionally slowed coordination of answers to provide faster responses and enhance the rental experience.
