The Van was a lovely experience. Smoothed out some things that came up, with Matt's assistance and was able to even extend our trip one more day! If you're looking for some simple 90's nostalgia while cruising the island- this is the place to go. THANK YOU MATT for sharing your Van babe with us!

Our experience began as follows: Upon our arrival, I requested that Matt pick us up as he had offered during the booking process. However, communication issues arose, requiring multiple exchanges before he ultimately fulfilled his commitment. The van provided was quite old, with limited amenities. For example, the refrigerator was completely uncharged, and I question whether Matt has the appropriate cables for connecting to a power source. Although he mentioned the van had two batteries, he admitted to being uncertain about their condition.While the island is beautiful, it frequently experiences rain, which can pose challenges when using an older vehicle like this one. We encountered a situation where our back wheel became stuck in the mud while parked off the road. Unfortunately, the roadside assistance promised by Outdoorsy was not provided; they informed us they would check on it the next morning, nearly 10 hours later. Consequently, we had to move the vehicle ourselves, which resulted in scratching the floor mat. Matt subsequently charged us $171.48 for the damage.It's important to note that older vehicles often come with inherent issues, and finding replacement parts can be difficult. With this van, there is a significant risk of incurring additional charges. Given this experience, I would recommend opting for a four-wheel drive vehicle and being better prepared in the future. The rental price for this van is quite high, especially considering the potential for unexpected extra charges due to the poor condition of the facilities.

The trip in the Dodge was unreal!! Super clean, picked us up from the airport as well, van had everything we needed! Very comfortable, Matt is super generous, helpful and even offered to take us out on his yacht which was wicked! Would definitely book with him again :) loved every minute
