Let’s clarify, you returned the RV about 5 hours late and were charged according to policy and that’s why you didn’t have a good experience. For everyone that sees this review, there are two sides to every story.

Unbelievable service from both Brian & Lindsay throughout our whole experience, super helpful, very accommodating, nothing was a problem; the RV was better than explained & suited a family of 5 perfectly for 50 days on the road.

Loved everything about the trailer! They were fantastic about answering questions, and in a timely way.
It’s fully stocked. Comes with games, spices, dishes, toilet paper, etc… anything you could need other than food, water, and clothes.

Great communication with Lindsey and her Husband! Had a few hiccups during our rental and they were helpful in solving those issues. Had a little bit of trouble with the onboard generator but again, they helped solve our problem with that as well! Wonderful experience overall and greatly appreciated their time and support to make our trip as smooth as they could.
