Overall, we had a wonderful time renting this RV. It wasn’t as steep of a learning curve as we feared (we aren’t very experienced) - luckily most things were self explanatory, and the combination of YouTube videos and friendly camp neighbors filled in the gaps. Kuma is a true lived-in RV, and Noah and Lauren were both very helpful and responsive.
