Communication was great. Pickup and drop off times were really convenient and the owners were very flexible. Bedding was comfortable and the trailer was stocked very well. However, the instructions provided were not very detailed and there were a lot of different things that weren’t working properly (e.g. outside screen door wouldn’t latch, thermostat was hard to turn on, a panel and doorknob were broken). Then lastly, the gray water from the last renters hadn’t been emptied, which was gross since that task fell upon us.

Our family of four had a great experience with this trailer. It was the perfect size and light enough to tow without worry. The owners make it hassle free with availability for pick up and drop off pretty much whenever you’re ready. With a powered retractable awning, a/c that works with the available generator and stocked with everything you need for a great trailer experience, we would definitely rent this trailer again!…it was like a hotel room on wheels!
