Stephen was an excellent communicator from start to finish. The RV was even nicer and roomier than I expected and Stephen provided thoughtful touches to help us out. It was easy to drive and got us safely around Alberta and BC. A wonderful experience and we hope to use one of his RVs again!

Renting this RV was my first experience with a full size RV and generally it was very positive. Stephen is a good communicator. 3 of us used the RV to spend a week camping from Banff to Jasper. A Parks Canada pass comes with the van and that is really awesome! For a 9 year old RV, the Tioga does well. It’s in pretty good shape and drives straight and smooth. Comfortable beds and all the RV systems worked great. Bring an aux cord because the radio is not Bluetooth enabled. And the duvets are a little thin, so if you’re camping in the cooler months, maybe bring an extra blanket (we camped in late Sept.). An electric space heater is provided for when hooked up to shore power. We did one night without shore power and the propane heater is very effective. We never used the generator. The 50 gallon fresh water tank lasts a long time but the 36 gallon gray water tank does seem to fill up fast with 3 people cooking, washing dishes— even when trying to take “army” showers! Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Le propriétaire était vraiment sympa et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Le camion était propre mais avait une forte odeur de renfermé lorsque nous l’avons récupéré, qui s’est vite volatilisée en aérant un peu. Bonne expérience globale.

Small unit there was problems with this rv before taking it and this no generator plugging to have working AC so I had to drive all over Calgary looking for a attachments and then we find no cleaning supplies in the rv there’s nothing in it so bring everything from your house if you wanna rent this trailer. And I find Stephen communicated fine and just would have been nice to know his trailer had problems before hand. But all and all I wouldn’t rent this unit again. Also wanna add ppl always take pictures of trailer and damage before finding out later.

Hello Alexis, thank you for your feedback.
We did provide 110v 30amp power cord with 15 amp adapter for you and there is no special request for ‘generator adapter,. We did mention everything we provided and everything we don’t provide in the list, and was not picky during drop off for the cleaning conditions of the rv.

What a trip! Stephen’s RV was perfect for the 4 of us. Great communication with Stephen as well (when we had cell service, haha! ) just make sure when/if you get a campsite, make sure they have 30amp service!!
