The trailer is nice. Joe is very thoughtful and nice. Unfortunately there were a few issues with our trailer that were quite major.

What an easy and worry free experience we had with Outdoorsy and our camper host Jonathan! Our camper was exceptionally clean and ready for a fun adventure! Jonathan was easy to communicate with and very helpful with the few questions we had during our trip. We look forward to utilizing Jonathan’s camper again next year!

We had a wonderful trip with our rental! This couple was truly amazing to rent from! They reached out to us each day to make sure everything was good! I could send them a message with any questions we had and they responded very quickly! We would definitely rent from them again!

For our entire 2 week vacation with 2 adults and 3 children,there was no sewage pipe included in rental and was told by Joseph that camp ground provided sewage pipe for no additional fee,which is not true. Therefore,our whole family had to walk across campground to use restroom or shower. Upon arrival,Joseph was very rude when I mentioned the inconvenience of not being able to use restroom provided by camper!! That he does not provide such a thing and that they're really inexpensive. I was told by him to not rent from him again,which we will never. After returning camper in prestine shape and very clean, I was charged $200 late fee which is okay because we returned a few hours late but another $200 for a pet fee when no pet was in or around camper. Taking all of my deposit with him. I would never use this unprofessional individual ever again and my advice is to look elsewhere for your vacation needs.
