We had a great experience! We had 2 adults and a 4 year old. All 3 of us were able to fit in the rooftop tent. It was a little tight, but we all slept well. We arrived to our campsite well after dark the first night and had no issue with getting it set up quickly. One thing I would note is that I don't think there is enough bedding for 4 people. It worked fine for us because we all shared the tent, but if you plan on using both the tent and inside mattress, I'd recommend confirming that there will be enough bedding for everyone. We also brought a couple 50 degree fleece blankets that we used in addition to the included bedding. The stove worked great and there was plenty of propane provided. We also had enough water from the 5 gallons provided to meet all our needs for ~3 days with some to spare. I wish there were enough dishes for everyone. If it says that it sleeps 4 people, we thought it should have dishes/silverware for 4 people (it included enough for 2 people). Other than that it was a well stocked kitchen! We mostly did backpacking meals so having a tea kettle to boil water was awesome! A few things that were supposed to be included but we never saw were: first aid kit, electric heater, and washcloths/towels for washing dishes. Overall though, the experience was fantastic! The owner was very easy to communicate with and we were able to easily find the meeting spot. I would 100% rent again!!

Jackie is a wonderful host! He kept constant and fast communications prior to the trip. His rental was perfect for our 6-day road trip to Southwest Utah and Arizona. We especially loved the cartop tent set up which was hassle free and easy. Additional bedding and linen provided kept us cosy during the night, and the cooking equipment and utensils provided were more than adequate. Would definitely rent from Jackie again when we are planning another road trip from LV!

Jackie was very communicative before and during our trip. We’re so thankful for the quick responses when we could not figure out how to use the portable stove. It saved us from the cold and hunger that night. This Ford Bronco Sport is equipped with everything we needed for our week-long trip through the Utah Mighty Five. No trouble driving along steep inclines to viewpoints and a few BLM roads we had to go through to get to some hikes. Overall a great and comfortable experience both driving and sleeping wise!

10 out of 10 with customer service! Always answered any question I had and always very nice. We got to enjoy our van for 4 days of traveling. No worries and nothing went wrong. It made all of our dreams come true of living on the road for awhile. Everything was clean and in good condition! Highly recommend Jackie and his van!!! Thank you for everything!

Our rental was easy to pickup, no problems with the car at all! It had everything we needed. Easy to assemble and breakdown. Jackie and his wife were amazing. They even gave us a ride to the airport at drop off. We had quick response time any time we had questions. Will definitely use them in the future. Very nice people!

Overall, this was a good experience. Jacky and his wife were timely and accommodated our schedule.
Two items were discussed upon the return of the car:
1) 1 of 5 lug nuts was missing from left rear wheel. This nut had been missing since the beginning of the rental, as reviewed in pictures taken before the release. This is a safety issue and must be immediately corrected by the owner. The owner must guarantee that the vehicle is safe to drive according to common sense standards!
2) Septic Tank fill indicator. The indicator is broken at half-full and does not show when the tank is more than full! No further comments are needed for the possible implications! :)

Jackie was a great host. He communicated efficiently via messaging before the trip and at the end of our trip to arrange the drop-off. We used the Bronco Sport equipped for camping for our 10-day trip through California. In total, we drove over 2,500 miles and never had any issues with the car. We slept at 4 campgrounds and 2 Vista Points along the way. We utilized the roof tent at the campgrounds, which was very comfortable. When we stayed at Vista Points, we slept in the car, which was also very comfortable. We used the shower once at one of our campgrounds that did not have shower facilities. It was easy to use and came in handy! We had everything we needed for our trip and have fond memories of driving through national parks (Death Valley, Sequoia, Redwoods) and driving down CA-1. I highly recommend using Jackie as a host and planning your trip in one of his vehicles.
