Ryan was a excellent host. His RV was very clean and accommodating for our large family. The reverse osmosis water dispenser was enjoyed by the family and his customer battery/inverter power unit really cut down on the generator usage. On the couple questions I had during our rental period, Ryan was very available and promptly got back to us. Thank you!

The trip was outstanding. We had a small problem with the air conditioner at the beginning of the trip. We sent a message at about 6 am and Ryan replied within 10 minutes. With his help we resolved the problem.

My family of 5 rented this RV out of Las Vegas last week to do the National Park Loop starting and ending in Vegas.A week before my flight, the owner notified that the previous renter broke the motor to the back slide.
The owner said he would try to get this fixed and if not, the slide could open with an electric drill adapted with a long inverted socket bit and it would take about 5 minutes. (It was too late to cancel. Flights out of NY were booked, hotels, National Park Passes, Dogsitter, Kayak trip, Dinner Reservations, Walmart Shopping Cart, etc.). We had to go. There was not much options or last minute flexibility with the Pandemic.When it came time for the owner to show us how to open up the broken rear slide, he had to stand up on the back bedroom queen bed, and squeeze face and arm into a 5 inch space between slide and ceiling, to reach the motor to the back slide. After several attempts, and sweating in Las Vegas 117 degree temperature, he finally got the bit in the motor from a blind position. He said, once you are able to get the bit in, it takes 5 minutes with the drill going to get the slide out......HUH?I've roofed and done home renovations with my older brother thru college. This was crazy. The owner revealed he used to be a plumber. I'm guessing that its no big deal crushing yourself into small spaces to impossibly reach a pipe. We did not use the back slide the entire trip. We ended up booking hotels 5 of the 10 nights. The bottom bunk on the slide was inaccessible along with any back bedroom storage. The bathroom door didn't open all the way. I notified the owner during the trip.The trip with my family was great. The national parks were great. The owner again, seems like a nice person. However, there was no offer to take $ off of a pricey rental. The price should reflect basic things working properly. Yes, I was notified a week out. But the notification was that while it would take longer, the slide would come out. Baloney. The owners reaction? Well, I told you about it in case you want to make alternate plans.

Hi Stephen, thank you for choosing my RV. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the national parks, they are beautiful and you chose a great route. It definitely threw a wrench in the process with the prior rental rendering the slide motor inoperable and I am sorry to see that it resulted in a sub-5 star experience with my RV.Initially I was going to cancel since I didn't want anybody to deal with the RV in less than 100% condition, as I take pride in maintaining my property to a high standard. I regularly service it at a premium RV shop in town and spare no expense so my family vacations and renter's vacations go flawlessly. Instead of cancelling I decided to call you as soon as I discovered the damage to explain how much of a pain it was to actuate the slide with the manual override which I had to do several times for a prior trip, to which you insisted with confidence that it would not be a problem and that you wish to keep the reservation. I explored expedited options to have it repaired before your rental, but it was not possible due to parts availability. I tried to go above and beyond to help compensate for the inconvenience by offering early pickup and driving the RV 1hr roundtrip to pickup you and your family from your hotel and help load the RV, but perhaps the time and expense of that gesture was not appreciated.

We had an absolutely amazing time in this RV! We had a trip planned for Zion National Park in Utah and wanted to rent an RV out. The first RV we rented ended up canceling on us last minute and luckily Ryan allowed us to rent last minute and was so accommodating! He was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions and concerns. Not only that, he answered all our text/phone calls during the trip when we had trouble with certain parts. Before the trip he went over the RV controls and walked the whole family through on how to use it. The RV is so roomy and comfortable, and definitely worth it if you’re traveling with a family. Tons of sleeping space and areas to lounge. I would recommend this RV to everyone ! We are definitely going to rent from him again.
