A friend and I rented Shawn & family's RV for a 4-day music festival in the Pennsylvania mountains, and we could not be any happier that we did! Both of us were first time RV drivers, so there were some nerves going in! But Shawn and his wife showed us the ropes when we picked it up and put our minds at ease. The RV is super easy (and fun!) to drive. No issues whatsoever getting up and over the rugged hills of eastern PA. She drove like a dream. Any issues with components or electronics were quickly addressed and remedied by Shawn. We had a blast reliving some days of old at the festival and felt very fortunate to have a shower and toilet onboard an RV this go around! The beds are comfortable and the onboard generator kept us cool in the summer heat when we needed it! The RV made the festival worth every penny. Even if the festival itself may have shaved a few weeks off our natural lifespans, the RV likely earned those weeks back in comfort, convenience, and peace of mind! The Burman's are an awesome family and seem to genuinely care about their customers' experiences with their RV. Highly recommend this RV! It's spacious, comfortable, and drives like a champion. Will most definitely be renting again from the Burman family when the time comes. I'd give 6 stars if I could! Good times! Thank you, Burman fam!

We had a fantastic trip! Shawn’s RV is in excellent shape and was exactly what we needed for a 4 day trip with two young kids. The kitchen table folds down to a bed that is the perfect size for a pack n play for our youngest… We didn’t have hookups but this RV has a huge water tank and we ran the generator during the hot parts of the day and only used 1/4 tank. The videos online are very easy to follow and we found setting up the RV, leveling, putting out the awning, using hot water, etc. all to be very straightforward. The owners were very accessible and went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome trip (and we did). We would love to rent this RV again soon! Thanks!

Really good rig, well stocked and runs well as well. Don't worry about the age, it handled better than others we've rented that were newer. Heads up that drop off and pick up have to be before 9am or after 5pm in the week, which was a little problematic for us and a little disappointing as we had already agreed that we'd pick up at noon only to find a couple of days before that we had to pick up much earlier than expected. Also while there are automatic jacks, there is no auto leveling so you have to manually get the level, which is a little fiddly especially as the controls for the jacks aren't labelled or covered in the video's. The one at 12'o'clock is the front left, 9 o'clock is back left, 6 o'clock is back right and 3o'clock is front right. Overall though a good rental and we'd recommend it.

First, some background on us, the renters. We are a 68 year old couple with no RV experience at all. We camped in a 2 man pup tent once 48 years ago- that did not go well so---- end of "camping" for us. We decided to rent an RV to lessen our exposure to Covid- No hotels, no restaurants, no public rest stops.
We delayed our ratings to be able to give a fair and honest review. The purpose of our trip was to visit family members in South Dakota and Wisconsin while minimizing our Covid exposure. We stayed at KOA camp grounds and an independent similar campground on this adventure. We were very impressed by the Burman family's educational videos about their RV and had all the instructions at our finger tips via our cell phones. The Burman's were always available if we needed help with anything!
Froggy Hollow RV's were excellent hosts especially if you are a first time RVer. Their videos were very clear and had details on everything about the RV- easy to access and easy to find the instructions you needed. They also gave lessons on how to drive the RV. The RV was clean and ready to go as promised. This has been a positive, positive experience from the Outdoorsy company all the way through turning the RV back into the Burman's. Would we do it again? Yes- if it is the Burman's . We look forward to renting from them again. Wish we'd taken some photos...
