Hi, thank you for stopping by. My family and I spend most of our camping time in Big Sur, we love it there. It really hits all of the marks for us, heavy forest canopy and the river. I am very approachable so feel free to ask any questions, I love the outdoors and camping so I love telling and teaching others about it. I don't have a laundry list of rules and regulations, pretty basic- You'll receive "Susie Q" with a full tank of propane and water, empty black and gray tanks, please return "Susie Q" the same way. I have no expectations of you grabbing rags and cleaner to clean it up before you drop off, just be kind. Camping can be messy and muddy, just a light sweep is good to get rid of heavy debris. It's your vacation after all, leave the cleaning to us. I do offer packages in the "add-ons" to take care of your propane etc. needs upon return. Thank You, Alma
