Jody's RV was great! Spacious and easy to operate. He provided clear directions on how to use the RV at pick up, and was available for support during our trip which I appreciated, he's super friendly and helpful. There were lots of extra chairs, tables, a canopy tent, outdoor carpet and other camping gear available for use which was awesome. The RV was easy to drive and everything worked very well, it's in really good condition overall. The AC was perfect in the heat - and the gas generator was fairly quiet - ad it used so little gas - I was impressed! This really elevated our camping experience. I would absolutely rent from Jody again.A couple things future renters should anticipate (especially if you are new to RV camping):- the backup camera not currently working - which also means we couldn't listen to music as we drove. luckily we'd packed a portable speaker.
- The kitchen equipment was pretty sparse, bring a coffee maker and any kitchen gadets that you absolutely must have.
- Bring your own toilet paper, paper towel & garbage bags.
- Note for dumping at the end of your trip - there is no where to do this in the city, best do it in langley/hope etc where the pump stations actually exist. Be prepared for a 2hr wait to dump and factor that into your schedule.
- Note fresh water hose is a standard garden hose, not a potable water hose - so you may want to bring your own for potable water.
- grey water tank fills up after 2 quick showers so if you are off grid, watch out for that. (These typically aren't big enough to hold all the fresh water in the tank.)
- The RV was tidy, but shower and fridge had not been cleaned fully, and there are limited cleaning supplies on board - so pack some with you, and anticipate that you may need to clean to your own preference when you get it. This wasn't a huge deal - but did take a bit of time and supplies.
