I do not recommend this renter. The RV was returned with damage and scratches in several areas, including the roof awning moldings. A part of the awning is also missing. All damages were documented and reported through the proper claims process. The renter left a 1-star review only after I filed a damage claim. I believe this review is retaliatory and does not fairly reflect the rental experience.

Jessie is great. Communicated well, easy to work with. Walked is through the vehicle to show what we needed to know, accommodated our travel schedule and stocked up the RV. Towels, chairs, entry rug, games and some small welcome snacks were all set up in the RV. Vehicle was easy to drive, AC worked great with the generator and no issues during our trip.

It was a pleasure hosting these guest! They were friendly, respectful, down to earth and took excellent care of the Southern Comfort . Communication was great from start to finish, and they followed all instructions and returned everything clean and in great condition. Custom service was great. The RV was nice. The gentleman who rented us the rv made sure we knew how to operate everything.
