This was our first rental and RV trip, so our expectations would account for a lot of my comments.
Andy was easy to work with, communicates quickly.
The RV is in very good shape, mechanical and cosmetic. Drives great, averaged 13 miles / gal of fuel that included running in idle for an hour plus.
As for Outdoorsy, the customer service people were quick and knowledgeable, when I didn't know how t find my receipt. I do think the cancellation policies are WAY to strict. I'm customer and the one paying the bill and given 24 to 48 hours in most cases to cancel on a rental that maybe weeks or months out. If hotels did that they wouldn't get advanced reservations.
For us: again first timers, so you don't know, what you don't know
- it was a little small on storage space, 1 medium and 1 small outside storage space
- the bed in back is a corner entry, so you have to crawl in, (we are both 65+, so that was more difficult than expected), mattress not very comfortable. Suggest bringing a mattress pad / topper. 6'+ x 5' ish
- the awing is manual and pretty much takes 2 people to put up
- no leveling jacks on this size RV, so look up how to level with leveling blocks. There are some provided
- I wished I'd thought to bring some basic tools. (large Chanel locks, slot & phillips screw drivers..)
- pretty easy setup and break camp, except for the leveling part when setting up. (hint, you can use a half empty clear plastic water bottle as a level, if you didn't bring one like I didn't)
We'll rent again, but likely a little larger RV to get the space we want.

Renting from Andy and Michelle was great. They were quick to communicate and answer our questions, and the pick up and drop off process was very smooth. The RV worked great and we had an awesome trip! We would definitely rent from them again.

This is the perfect size for getting around everywhere. With the slide out open it is very spacious. We loved it. Andy and Michelle are wonderful to rent from. Very clean, had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this again.
