This was our first Sprinter experience, and it may just end up being one of our all-time favorite vacations. It all started out the evening before our trip, looking for a sprinter van on the way to an adventure. Matt responded nearly immediately, offering up his Van for a nine day excursion. When we arrived, Matt was there to greet us and help us understand everything we needed to know about his vehicle. Upon opening the sliding door, we realized this van was far nicer and far cleaner than we had expected. The set up was perfect for nine days with me and my three children. One child could sleep with me in the queen bed, another underneath in the twin sized Murphy bed, and our 11-year-old on an extendable bench seat. The van has a super functional kitchenette, with sink, cooktop, microwave, and tons of storage. Our travels took us through glacier national Park, Waterton provincial Park, Banff, national Park, Valhalla provincial Park, and a Fourth of July stop in Priest Lake. Matt was there the whole way to help us make best use of the Van. By the end of the trip, my kids had named the Van and we returned it with a full tank of gas, dreaming about another trip. Matt took care of everything. If you were looking for quality family time in a comfortable setting, where the only limit is the road ahead, don’t hesitate to connect with Matt.

I was hoping to meet the host but 2 days before my trip he said he wouldn't be there. There was no service whenever I got to the RVs destination so I did a quick walk around and thru and the only damage I saw were scratches on passenger seat behind, I took a picture of it an proceeded. Whenever we got to Sara's campground in Erie PA. We hooked up to everything ( water, cable electric.) when I was inside RV by sink near middle of RV I smelled smoke an turned around. Here behind the TV on top bunk above driving area is a house multiple outlet set that had black smoke on it an had a 2 foot flame!! I immediately told the campground worker to turn off power from the hookup! While this was happening I grabbed a small hand towel an grabbed the two phone chargers the host had jammed together that were on fire 🔥 , an thru them out the RV to prevent an RV fire!! I have two burns on my hand an as a result I could go swimming in the lake that I paid a lotta money to swim in. There was no hot water , I tried turning propane on plus turning on the hot water/ propane button left on for an hour, still no hot water, the doors hinge was broken an never repainted, these are the more severe problems there were also many more. To make this trip a nightmare!! The host would not open door to interact with me about my RV experience so I'm guessing probably expected I bad journey B4 I ever picked up RV. Worst vacation ever!!

Randall and Charmaine were the definition of perfect guests! They rented our van for a week in July and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with them. They were positive, polite, respectful, understanding and courteous making them a pleasure to host. They were very punctual, communicative, honest and transparent making us feel very comfortable and safe entrusting them with our van. It was very clear that they treated our rig as if it were their own and returned it in wonderful condition with absolutely no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend Randall and Charmaine and would welcome them back in a heartbeat. If they are looking to explore your new neck of the woods, don’t hesitate to accept their booking request — Randall and Charmaine are true 5-star guests!

Jamie was a pleasure to host in our VW Westfalia for her and her husbands AK adventure to fish on the Kenai. They took care of our rig, were self sufficient, and returned the rig in good condition.

Bryan was awesome. He took great care of my RV was very communicative and even went the extra mile in cleaning off the bugs from the front before he returned it. I would let Bryan rent my RV anytime he wants.

Beautiful, cozy, practical…we loved the KaraVan!
Cooking was a breeze, the fridge and freezer kept our stuff nice and cold the whole time!
