We had a great experience renting this trailer for our Pismo Beach trip. Everything was fully set up and ready to go when we arrived, which made the start of our trip super easy and stress-free. Communication was clear, prompt, and helpful throughout the entire process. The trailer was clean and exactly as described. I would definitely rent again!

We will definitely be renting from Mike and Tammy again. Mike was very helpful with helping us with questions anytime we reached out. The pickup and drop off was very simple. The RV had everything we needed. We didn't have to bring anything extra. We really enjoyed our trip with the RV we had. Everything was very clean.👌 I rate our renting experience 10/10.

The van drove really well. The large bathroom was excellent; we didn't feel cramped at all, showering nor during our morning routine. The medicine cabinet was a cool surprise. The kitchen provided plenty of working space. Loved that there were three positions for the Lagun table. In the front, we could stage our stuff for the day's activities. At the back, it provided additional counter space to spread out even more, for meal prepping. Moving it to the center, created a nice little table to eat at. There were plenty of storage cabinets for our stuff. We also had plenty of water, with some to spare - “Navy showers". Lastly, the heater worked really well. We tried sleeping in the pop-up, but at 6 foot plus, I was a bit too big for comfort. Carl was super responsive during the trip.

Well stocked and prepared. It had everything we needed for our trip. Host was excellent to communicate with an even provided tips on places to visit and eat. Van had high-end amenities that made camping even more enjoyable. Owl box on back of Van was perfect for keeping running shoes. overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience and Van to rent.

Andy and his wife, An absolutely perfect guests! Communication was clear and easy from start to finish. They treated the RV with great care and returned it spotless. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would welcome them back anytime. Highly recommended!

Tara booked my travel trailer the night before pick up 02/19. We spoke regarding current weather condition and concerns over the fresh water freezings we agreed on a pick up time of 6:00pm on 02/20. She changed the pick up time multiple times but her schedule was accommodated. I notified Tara pre pick up that the gray and back tanks needed to be emptied before drop off and that she had not selected that add on. A thorough walk through was performed in person ensuring all functions of travel trailer operational. She informed me that same night of pick up 02/20 shortly after departing that she might drop off the trailer early but was unsure. I asked her for advanced notice to ensure availability. Next day 02/21 she messaged me around 3:30 pm informing me she decided to drop off early and was about 1.5 hours away. That accommodation was granted and upon trailer delivery she declined a post trip walk around. She unhooked my trailer in the middle of the drive way and departed.
Communication was very unclear and uncertain on her part.
Trailer was retuned with gray tank and black tank not cleared.
Toilet was stained and trailer was not cleaned.

We had such a great time traveling down south in Chariot! Charlotte truly thought of everything we could need in that van, so well equipped with it all. Would highly recommend!
