we arrived to an RV that did not have gas or water. We wasted an hour of our vacation to get gas and wait for him to put water in the RV. There were no supplies such as utensils, dishes, paper towels. When we extended the side of the RV, a panel got stuck on a cabinet door that the owner had fixed DIY. The wood panel came off the side . When I returned the RV, I showed the owner and he said it was not my fault. Then, he proceeded to file a claim in ann attempt to have me pay for it. The outdoor Z resolution team determined the damage was the owner‘s fault. This owner said he was not going to rent his RV again. If he chooses to, I recommend you do not rent from him! You can find a better quality RV with an honest owner.

We had a great experience renting this trailer from Mike. He delivered the RV directly to our campsite and took the time to walk us through all of the operations before heading out, which made everything feel easy and stress-free.

Jeffery and his wife Stephanie were great renters. They were on time, took excellent care of the RV, and returned it clean and in great condition. Very easy to work with—would definitely rent to them again.

Joanny was a pleasure to work with. She had a very flexible pickup and return times. She was like a close friend. Her camper was well stocked with everything you need for a very comfortable camping trip Camper was very clean and pulled very well. I can't say enough about our experience with Joanny and her camper. Next time we decided to rent she will be our go too.

We picked up the camper van easily & it drove well. we never needed to hook up ancillary power. We would have appreciated knowing there was no microwave as we would have brought a small one & additional glassware & coffee cups. the bed was up high & required a stool which they had provided but it was difficult & the seating at the inside table was minimal.
