Damage to our travel trailer was not reported during pick up and only found after walk through. Communication through the app was not effective. During rental made second trip to deliver our 12v plug-in adapter as renter’s generator was not adequate for camper.

We had the BEST time! From start to finish, they handled everything. All we had to do was arrive and make the most of our time. The camper was perfect. Katherine and her husband were awesome hosts. Both were professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
